The Sure Hotel Lockerbie by Best Western maintains this website as a convenience to our online users. We will try to ensure that information is correct at time of publishing but is not responsible for any inaccuracies.
Food and Drink
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the Hotel. Anyone found to be bringing or attempting to bring food or drink into the hotel will either have the items confiscated and discarded, or they will be refused entry to the Hotel.
Online Booking
The Best Western Sure Hotel online booking facility represents prices at the time of publishing. Any payment card details supplied by a website user are for the purposes of registering a booking and not for taking any payments. These details are encrypted in a secure ‘padlocked’ server during the online booking process.
Payment for rooms and services is due on the morning of departure from the Best Western Sure Hotel, when all costs incurred during the stay are to be settled. Any willful or malicious damage will be charged at cost of repair / reinstatement to same condition as before the incident, plus time that the bedroom or bedrooms stay out of use during this period up to a maximum of 7 days full tariff charge. (willful or malicious damage includes the following :- vomiting, blood stains, bodily fluids, damage to property belonging to the hotel, failure to pay these costs in full will result in legal action being taken against the individual.
Your booking is not confirmed until you have received an email confirmation following your online booking from the website.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking after it has been confirmed you must contact the Best Western Sure Hotel directly at least 48 hours before the date of your booking or incur a charge of one night’s booking at the rate of your initial booking.ALL DEPOSITS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE
